INTRO is an external time - out used frequently in Belgium for:

The school introduces the problem and INTRO seeks the solution.

The youngster has to learn to recognize his own anti- social behaviour.

All the time they have to evaluate themselves, but there is a lot of confrontation with the group too (they live together in small age groups).
